Girl found dead in house with dogs 'out of control'

Never understand people who own staffies when they got minors in the house. Not to generalise but there known for murder, violence and minor offences.

I knew retarded comments like this would crop up  And as usual, the common response to said comments - it isn't the dog it's owner!!:rolleyes:

Well, that settles that eh :)

Surely it's not unreasonable to say certain breeds of dog are more dangerous by nature than others?

Surely it's a perfectly valid question? What makes a human any more special than any other animal on this earth? Not only that, when a human commits murder, they know what they are doing. A dog doesn't.

Intelligence. Human rights. Common sense.

It isn't really. I think if you were presented the choice of saving a human life or an animal life, you would save a human. You need therapy if you honestly think otherwise.

Dangerous? Indeed, because some dogs are bigger than others. Some are stronger, with a physique built more for hunting.

You said "more aggressive" though, which is incorrect. Any dog can be more aggressive than another, regardless of breed.

Are you seriously suggesting that you for example are no more special than a dog...?

Sod it, you said 'any other animal', so what about a donkey? Badger? Pelican? Millipede? I don't even...

it's widely accepted that as a breed they are instinctively more aggressive and therefore dangerous.

By who?

Look around Kennel Club websites and places like that and they're not described as such.

This is something that only seems 'widely accepted' by hysterical media outlets and kneejerk reactionary readers.

By people who don't have a clue about dogs.

We all came from the same place and we all return to the same place. I fail to see your point Sir.

Are certain dogs not used historically (and to this day) for certain duties e.g. guard dogs, based on their inherent nature? Just like certain breeds are 'easier' to train/more obedient? Some dogs are more placid by nature than others, I don't see what's so controversial about that...
