Hello,
I recieved my new Titan 8700i Pulse today and upon switching on the desktop the monitor produced a message "No signal recieved from computer"
Initially I thought it a problem with the RAM for which I removed both 4gb slots and cleaned them and placed them into different slots as it was an issue I had a few years back with a computer then, this didn't work to any avail still producing the same message on the monitor when I switched everything back on.
Then I thought it may be the monitor so I then conntected my laptop with the monitor and the signal was recieved and showed up on screen the booting process etc etc and so I've concluded the monitor isn't faulty as I've tried both VGA and HDMI cables on both my Titan desktop and HP laptop.
I don't know what to do now I've tried everything I can think of and I'm starting to believe something was damaged during delivery.
Any suggestion would be very welcome thanks - Al
