hd 6670 any good?

My dads old GPU needs replacing. He isnt about the FPS or setting everything to Ultra but 3 games we have tried now only work with DX11.

Is the above card any good for the price....he doesnt want spend like what i spent on mine but would like some performance and DX11 games support.

Also failing that whats another option?

Second hand 6850 or 6870?

Athlon II x 4 3ghz (not overclocked)
4 gig mem
windows 7 32 bit (this could be causeing issues with latest games?)

Budget ideally below £100
