Will an OC'ed GTX670 play BF3 on Ultra with a constant 60FPS at 1920x1080?

If anyone with a GTX670 could test this in multiplayer and let me know.

Also, could it even stretch to 4xMSAA?

Thanks!

Specs below but looking to upgrade as GTX560 isn't cutting it.

8GB RAM
Win7 64-bit

Thanks, it's just I saw a person with SLI'ed GTX660's and he was getting dips to as low as 28FPS in multiplayer.

The majority of the time it was at 60FPS, but not sure if that's microstutter as it did jerk for a second everytime it dipped. -.-

Form my experience with an EVGA 670FTW clocked at 1320Mhz core, it was 60FPS constant with 2XAA, with 4XAA there was just an occasional drop with massive on screen explosions going off in your face.

I get mostly around 60fps on high, during spammy bits you will see that drop to maybe 50.

I am running an i750 @ 3.8ghz, so it might be the problem. And the 670 is at stock.

Full ultra no. It'll run it fine but not constant 60 minimums.

Mostly ultra sure.

IIRC its HBAO and post processing that really hits the frame rate.

If you know the specific settings your aiming at i could test tonight.

That would be awesome.

Basically, stick everything on max. Ultra, MSAA4x, max FXAA.

Do you dip a lot, what's the lowest FPS you can see?

Thank you.

It will still drop below 60 on large multiplayer servers.

Even my 660ti maxed it out constant 60fps ultra settings.

On large multi player servers it's all about the cpu. If your 670 isn't getting a constant 60 then its the cpu holding you back.

Even with 4x MSAA?

Yes 4xmsaa every setting maxed out in game and in nvidia control panel everything set highest qaulity.

Needs a lot of cpu power to run smoothly without drops.

Drivers have improved a lot since the game was released.

mine was an overclocked msi 660ti pe with 3570k @ 4.7 and my friend who has i5 2500k @4.6 and an overclocked asus 660ti also gets constant 60 max settins.

The 660ti were use are running custum bios with extra voltage.
