Anyone else used this Rozalex dri guard?

Tried it for the first time yesterday and it worked brilliantly. However is it an actual substitute for nitrile gloves?

Gloves all the way TBH. Barrier cream is okay, but if you're getting really filthy, gloves are best (and quicker).

I've used it in the past and it does work but i prefer gloves.

I always wear dipped gloves like this when working on my car as they're dexterous enough to undo small bolts and screws by hand but still give some protection and added purchase on tools due to the coating

And nitrile gloves if im doing something especially fiddly

I discovered these last year. in the past i had had expensive gloves specifically for the job, and they worked nice, but got dirty etc and eventually wore out

with those cheapy nitriles and some of the yellow variations, they are absolutely awesome.

if youre doing really mucky stuff, put some latex on beneath. Ive got brake fluid on my hands before and ended up with chunks of skin peeling off lol

Rozalex products are really good. We used to have their 3 step system in the agricultural workshop I worked in and the barrier cream and cleanser gets anything off. We did have gloves but they used to tear too often when working with big stuff.

I've still got a tube of their hand cleaner under the sink which I use when Swarfega doesn't get my hands clean.

These are excellent dipped gloves:

Thin fabric dipped in tough rubber. They will wear out quicker than the heavier duty dipped gloves, but they are really nice to work with due to being so thin, which means no hand fatigue and also that you lose very little feel (sounds like a dodgy condom ad, sorry :p).

I wear latex gloves under them if my hands are likely to get very oily. You can wash them and reuse them too (I use washing liquid or Virosol).
