Love that in the US you get 4 weeks more of summer time :cool:

Now juts make summer time all year and double summer time in the summer and I'll be happy.

Usually I would be happy because I'm nightshift. It should mean 1 hour less of work. But as it's a Saturday, and as I spend the vast majority of my Saturday nightshifts sleeping it actually means 1 less hour in bed

I totally and utterly detest the monstrosity we call BST. We should remain on GMT (or UTC if you prefer) all year round.

Funny, if I were on nightshift when it went forward it would mean an hour less at work AND an hour less in bed. nomsayin?

I think we should be BST for the summer and BST +1 for the winter, so we have much longer evenings and darker mornings in winter, I had the 3pm sunset rubbish we have in December.

Daylight before 06:00 is of no use to me whatsoever. even "triple" summer time for June, July, August might have its advantages!

I'm not particularly a fan of BST either.
