Anyone got a Samsung UE50ES6300 TV?

My dad is looking at a replacement for his ageing Sony TV and has seen this Samsung model?

Has anyone got any experience of this one? His budget is around £800, are there any better 50" models at this price point??

Picked one up for £879 on the high street. Think its an excellent TV. Great picture, surprisingly good sound (with actual bass) and great specs. 3D seems pretty good - Not that Im going to use it a lot. Choice of Freesat and Freeview HD could prove handy. Plex seems to work well on it too if you have a server to stream from.
