How far do you run?

About 20metres. With over 200kg on my back, or the ice cream van stops again. No further.
 
About 3 times a week. 4-5 miles on Tuesdays, 5-8 miles on Thursdays and anything between 10-22 miles on Sundays. Will also sometimes do another 9 miles on either Wednesday or Friday as well.
 
Not for more than 30 minutes - just seems an excellent way to give myself an injury. I tend to cycle these days... with the occasional BB complex thrown in!
 
I run most days, varying distances up to a maximum of around 13K, anything more than that and I struggle the next day.
 
10km on Tuesday and Thursday, 15-21km on Sunday, sometimes go for an extra 5-10km run on Friday. Doesn't leave much energy left for weights so once my next half marathon race is done I'll be scaling the running back by 20-30%.
 
I'm a runner, but I haven't been able to run in almost 12 months due to injury :(

Before then, at least 3 miles 4/5 times a week, as well as hill sprints and shuttles etc.
