I will just be happy to match the last result, no hardware changes and the peak PSI is the same but it runs way better through the revs

Sorry yeah the last time I said I would dyno, my radiator cracked in two and spewed up the coolant all over a Sainsbury's car park. Was an interesting evening there onwards with no towing ability and it's being too low/long/wide for some of the trucks the AA sent.

I would like to run at some point, but I am still gaining confidence in the car before I put it's life back on the line

I too would love to hear the thing deafen a room of a people, seeing as it shattered the noise limit at Donington Park track day

Just dyno it!

I am worried all the time that something on my car will fail, you should see the dash light up with warning lights and "transport car to dealership" warnings when it goes on the dyno.

At least you won't be at Sainsbury's and there are plenty of people about to help if something goes wrong!

Nothing will blow on a dyno that would not on the road, if it goes on the dyno it would only let go on the road eventually.

How did the track day go then, did you get any track time?

No it was that time you organised it late last year and I got my car noise tested and there was no chance of track time at those readings.

I want to take the car on a track, but my options seem pretty limited without making the car quieter (don't want to). At first guess, I think my options are Silverstone or Nurburgring, or maybe Santa Pod even for straight line action..

Yeah I wanna get a track day in at Cadwell, but now worried about the noise of this decat pipe and exhaust system now as it's noisy as hell... 102db seems to be the limit, might see if I can pick a cheap tester up off ebay is there is such a thing...
