Friend wants to build a gaming PC

Hey all,

so my friend wants to come over to PC gaming and has told me he is not fussed about cost. However i would like to keep it to a minimum, so i was thinking about £600-£700.

Ideally i would like for him to run games on high/ultra (thinking maybe 660/TI), also he would like to go intel.

So what parts would you suggest?

Little cheaper smaller hard drive and a 7850 which should be fine if your not going over 1080, if hes up for spending £800 he could get a 7950. I'm not too sure about keyboard and mouse so that's up to him really you've got £50 to play with.
