You might get a better response if you provided some background information rather than just a link and asking for money.

Mrs Brown believes the illness is linked to exposure to depleted uranium

Now, she believes her only hope is to have a stem-cell transplant in a bid to regenerate her organs.

Mrs Brown believes she needs the immunotherapy treatment

She believes quite lot, is she some kind of medical expert or is she confused between correlation and causation? I feel sorry for her but there are undoubtedly good reasons why the treatment is not available on the NHS - and it clearly isn't costs because 110K is a tiny amount for a life saving OP which the NHS would happily pay if they believed it was the right course of action. And something doesn't make sense with the finances there, who is paying the 3K a month - if that is private money then there should be no issue in securing the 100K I would have thought. More likely the 3K a month is NHS costs and so the NHS clearly don't think the OP is the best treatment given her condition otherwise they could save a fortunate and someone's life.

Anyway, I wish her all the best.

I dont think she was exposed to,iraqi weapons with dp, more likely her own, and those of the yanks.
Maybe the us should fund her treatment that likely wont work anyway.
If the suncared they would pay for it, they dont care.

The irony of this case is rather unfortunate, even more unfortunate is the media trying to instil soldier worship actively.

We have no part to play in this process apparently, we said no to the Iraq war after all, so it is all on the government/military command, if they wont bother, then i don't see why anyone else should.

My opinion aside, I do hope she gets what she desires.

Soldiers aren't heroes anyway. They're killers. US and UK troops have MURDERED over 13k Afghan civilians since our invasion. Yet we never hear the government or DailyFail mentioning this. It's always 'another British 'hero' killed'

Exposed in 03
Diagnosed in 08
Wants help in 13

Something does not add up?

It's a shame and it sucks that anyone has to suffer with any kind of illness that attacks the body like this. But why now?

I think you need to look up the definition of murder.

Lets take a second here, first the fantastical ravings of the Daily Mail, of course they are going to jump on the slightest whif of this sort of story, and try and exploit it, lets ignore the mail for a second though, lets also put aside the(lets be fair) rather doubious possible causes, lets also put aside her history.
now we have a female suffering from a serious(very possibly fatal) illness and the NHS are not prepared to take all possible steps to treat her, so she/her family + friends have taken it upon themselves to try and gather togather the money to try there best to give her every oppertunity to save her life.

Is it murder if they're being shot at?

Any killing is a murder, i suppose, no matter the circumstance.

Its whether or not the majority of society accepts it as justifiable, although i suppose technically its simply a load of logic in Law in reality, but still it is relevant.

What would you call that then? To hear them laughing like it's a game makes me sick to the stomach. They are cold blooded killers. Period.
