What things do you hate about games?

A lack of checkpoints when you can’t manual save, odd camera panning (noticed this recently in GOW – Kratos looks tiny in some places), and un-skippable cut scenes.

Not having manual saves.

Having multiple saves is a must as well' especially rpg's.

games that I want to play but make me feel dizzy after a short time playing. Most games are fine but I have wasted loads on games that I cant play for long period, and end up not playing them at all.

Lack of balance or 'Exploits' is my bugbear.

Whatever the game, when there's a particular combination of weapon/building/terrain/equipment that means you never lose I just go right off the game.
(Especially in multiplayer where everyone uses it making games very bland)

and multiplayer maps / weapons etc for pre-orders.

i hate that older games in shops costs spare change but on xbox live store you can only buy them for full tag price which is ten times more

I certainly dislike some things with games, first day DLC is one of those, but there's nothing I hate, otherwise it wouldn't be my hobby.

Theyre generally there to hide loading times, although the latest method of slowing a character down while moving between scenes is quite nice. Its used a lot in Metal Gear Rising and Gears of war.

i destroyed 2 controllers playing them levels on Veteran :mad:

yet the rest of the game was easy on vet :confused:

Quick time events and general 'pressing one button once to do some sort of awesome move' annoy me a lot. I miss having to do complicated button presses in things like TRII...

Frame rate drops. Not only does it slow the game down it also breaks any immersion.

Massive maps in the top right corner telling you where to go with exactly how many steps left to get there. General hand holding basically.

Why would you hate that? Buy them in the second hand stores.
