Totally different situation, they have no stock, if you have stock and a price up and a customer gets the goods at that price you have to sell it, how old are you??

If their T&C's say the contract is formed at the point of dispatch then they are free to charge and refund you the incorrect amount before the product is dispatched. It's perhaps a shame for the consumer but there you have it. Shouldnt sniff at a company that honours an incorrect price because legally they don't have to if they are covered by their T&C's.

Hehe. I think North Korea would be immobilised pretty quickly were they to try anything, I'd be extremely surprised if they did anything more than talk though.

T&C's are only valid if they are within the law, it is an offence to try and enforce t&c's that go beyond the law, if a trader mistakenly marks up a wrong price there is no recourse, however if the trader deliberately marks up a low price to get trade and then asks a higher price it is an offence, in this case I don't think the trader made a mistake he just took orders that he couldn't fulfill and canceled them in a timely manner.

I never had a problem with how they behaved or with your correct interpretation of the law, traders who honour a low mis priced item do so to avoid being charged with misleading pricing, this is why pre Availability pricing is always dead high and why in a year or so folk who pay £37 pm will doubt one of these guys claiming to have the S4 for £22 pm only to be shown a screen shot of a receipt with the date proudly circled, on their loss leader offer price.

What if HTC and apple have paid Ung to do the hit, was Denis the bag man, didn't a great conceptualist once threaten thermonuclear war against Samsung.

Kim Jong-un won't doing anything if he gets his Octa version on the 26th. His dragon will snap if he doesn't. :p

Well mobile fun have now taken full payment so it looks like the orders going through. Suprised they've taken payment this early though

I've just signed up with chitter chatter for £31 a month.
Phoned o2 who I have been with for 7 years and they couldn't come anywhere near the price so I politely asked for my pac code :-)
They say I will get it on 27th which I can live with

The networks themselves from my experience can never match the deals you get from these 3rd party companies, even though in some cases you are gonna be taking out a contract in their network.

I had the same issue with o2 about 4 years ago, after being a customer with them since 2001, they were not prepared to budge on their prices and I moved over to vodafone. Then Three - they were rubbish! Now with Virgin who piggy back off orange/tmob network.

I placed an order a week or so ago on Chitter Chatter website when they first launched the S4 on it. Is it worth cancelling and going through quidco? I did use quidco to sign up for sky on this house with a £50 cashback which was meant to be applied. Which I never saw, since then I've not bothered trying to do anything further with quidco. Also looking at the posts on here, I don't want to lose my order incase they are doing it in a chronological fashion and I lose my earmarked S4!

I did call them and they informed me providing they receive the Galaxy S4's before 4pm on Friday the 26th I should get it Monday, failing that and they get it Monday expect it Tue 30th.

Are you sure? They say they don't take payment until its ready to ship and they haven't taken payment from me yet even though I was one of the first 5 to order from them.
