*** The Official Samsung Galaxy S4 Thread ***

Echoe V52 came a couple of days ago.. Im finding it smoother than v51.. I usually find my phone starts to lag a bit after running with a ROM for a while, so I love installing new ROMs as it gives the phone a new lease of life. :)
 
Damn phone, now brings up errors saying there is no valid sim card inserted forces a restart, maybe 20% of the time a restart fixes it or its off, reseat the sim, on again, hope, rinse and repeat!

Has anyone has this and found any solutions? Or is it new phone time?
 
I've tried cleaning it all with compressed air etc.. sim in another phone, all seems fine, apparently its an S4 problem :(

EE want £180 to cancel the contract and upgrade me early plus about £140 for an S6 on a contract, might go to an EE store as a "new customer" then drop it on them at the last second and see if they buckle! :D
 
I9505 here , anyone getting very low call volume that cant be adjusted ?

I have flashed and reflashed different stock ROMS but the problem wont go away. Tried the 'moving the sliders' trick still no joy.

Surely it cant mean a new phone :eek::eek: HELP !!!
 
Only gone and knocked a ornament onto the front glass of my Galaxy S4 :/ I know it's a bit of a golden oldie now, but, it was bought new less than a year ago and has served me well, up until yesterday morning! :/

Anyhow, the lcd underneath has gone all green and blotchy and is unresponsive, can see where it was hit.

Any recommendations on how to get this fixed? Would it be worth it the cost?
