I am after a budget system for my Grandad for around the £400 mark as his current machine is causing some real problems and has been since I got it for him in 2011. (see below thread)

Would this be a good little system?

Also is this something I could request OcUK to build for me as I am leaving the country tomorrow and returning to Australia and so there will be no one to build it for him.

Why get an SSD is it really needed?
What's he doing with the pc? You've gone low end for everything else?
Change the SSD get a standard hdd and get a cheap graphics card
 
Is he doing anything other than browsing? You have PSUs selected. The 500watt with the case would be fine if it was light use.

Anything more and it would merit the CX 430w.
 
Something like this. You could ask to swap the mobo for the H61MA-DV3 as it has a 6gb port for the ssd. Not to sure about the Psu that comes with the case, might be a good idea to get a decent one, like the Corsair in your spec. They could also swap out the cpu if you think it`s not good enough.
