Can I replace my graphics card?

My computer is unable to run Cinema 4D properly with the current intel graphics card that I have.

My computer model is an Acer Aspire 4810T

I realize some laptops allow for replaceable graphics card but I'm unsure if my model does and what better cards it supports?

Really don't have the money at the moment for a better computer. Is there ANY possible way of improving the graphics card or making it more compatible with cinema 4D?

could up the memory (not sure how much is too much in vista) and if wanted to replace hdd for an ssd, did both of these to my HP and was a nice increase

Are you referring to RAM because I think I've got more than enough of that to run it. Also, I'm running Windows 7, not Vista.

The only thing I can think of was a turbo mode I found for my netbook. My netbook had an underclocked version of the 950 intel chip and some slightly dodgy application I downloaded let me clock it back up to proper laptop clocks and even desktop I think. Obviously the 950 is worlds apart from the integrated graphics of modern intel chips but it might still be worth a google.

How much RAM you got, after i posted that i found a different spec that said windows 7, out of interest does yours have dual graphics as same site also said it was intel graphics shared system RAM hence my thoughts
When i upgraded my HP i went from 4gig to 8gig and did the SSD iirc all sections of windows experience increased
