tired that also no matter which one in top and bottom still get the stutter and slow down, use one of them hey presto all good. Also tried new sli bridge. Looked at CPU usage and its ok. Maybe try dvi instead of display port.
 
Update
Tried the frame limiter in EVGA PX worked :)
although I had an offer I could not refuse for them both last night so they are sold 2 x titans on their way.
