New Seat Leon SC

Don't see the stylistic appeal really. Crass yet simultaneously dull interior, needlessly pointy yet simultaneously dull exterior.

Looks absolutely miles better than the horrific thing that was the Mk2 Leon, but then frankly the Number 8 bus looked better than that so thats not exactly saying much I guess.

I had a sit in one the other day, lovely interior and vastly improved. I used to drive a Scirroco with work and the interior on the Leon had a similar look/build quality.

When I first saw them I thought they just looked like a bigger Ibiza but they look different enough when they are sat next to eachother. Would like to see the Cupra.

The MK1 and MK2 Leon, although made of cheese at least looked interesting.

I had a new Leon Mk1 in 2005, my brother still (!) drives it, its absolutely bombproof. I don't think bar things I caused myself, it has ever gone wrong in its life. Its only done 145k now, but that's enough to say that I don't think its built at all badly. The interior was all previous gen audi stuff anyway, very solid if pretty boring.

Seat onto a winner here in my opinion, take away the badge and you basically have the new A3. Most importantly is the interior is vastly improved from the old Leon. The 1.8 TSI seems to be a bit of a halfway house though, 4x4 Cupra due to be announced soon. Opinions?

That looks nothing like the new A3 interior its a lot better than the last Leon interior mind!

Errr, that A3 interior looks horrible like it something from the past. There is no doubt that Seat have upped the anti from the old Leon tho...

I think the new A3 interior looks great, quite like the exterior too, though it's definitely grown on me and the xenon lights really finish the front end off nicely. It is expensive though when you start speccing it up.
