Quiet fans for my H80

What are the best really quiet fans to replace the stock ones on my Corsair H80?

If you have a fan controller you might want to get the faster version but they do make a bit more noise.

I was actually just looking at fan controllers, I don't have one at the moment but have 5 case fans plus the H80 fans and PSU.

Should you buy PWM fans if you want to use a fan controller?

Non PWM fans can be connected to the fan controller as-well.
All the fan controller does is control the voltage that the fans are getting, same as the motherboard, except you have precise control over the speed.

I have the H80i with PWM fans and they are better but still really loud under load. So I chucked on a couple of Arctic F12 PWM fans I had in the draw and I get exactly the same temps but no fan noise even under load.

The H80i has quite a non restrictive radiator so high pressure fans are not really needed. I'm not sure if the H80 has the same rad but the F12's are working perfect and they are super cheap.
