Jesus, they just played video of the explosions on CNN. One goes off, panic ensues, seconds later about 50 metres away another goes off. Holy ****!
Triage tents were set up for the marathon so they were taking victims there which is hopeful for casualties I guess.

Looking at the race clock appears to show 4hrs that's when the most amateur runners will be coming in, so shocking
It's awful tbh. Why would someone do that? And to deliberately time it for the amateurs too
