As a massive fan of Above and Beyond and their Anjunabeats record label (upon which this single was released) this kind of thing realllllly irks me!!!

What is the law concerning this though? Surely someone can't just use someone elses music in their own track without permission? I can't even use it in a monetised YouTube video.
Will.i.am has been responsible for some truly terrible music over the last few years, but I'm sure he knows the law regarding samples.

Anything released by a reputable record label like Anjunabeats is copyright material, including all melodies/samples etc. and cannot be used without permission.

This is why I laugh at the music industry desperately trying to shut things like Pirate Bay down. At least downloaders aren't making money of their copyright infringement, maybe they need to sort their own house out first.

Cold Play are the normal culprits, nearly all their famous songs are like one note different to an existing song.
