family member in need of new PC.. Will be used most of the day for general web browsing and the odd web game.. Bingo games and stuff like that.

They are not worried about the latest 'tech spec' components.. But I'm not sure I want to advise a "pre built" dell, Medion or Acer etc...

What can I get for about £350'ish

Wont need OS, Monitor, keyboard, mouse
