Need help deciding on equipment for weight loss

Why you posting pics of UE?

He competed in a strongman this weekend, what did you, sit at home stroking your blender while cupping your breasts?

Strong multi post :o

Just spat out my coffee....Entertaining post mate....Love it.:D

I did more than that BTW:)

I was considering deleting tbh, thought I might have crossed into needlessly insulting, glad you saw the funny side.

Hope you do get to your goals, as I said above, we'll all be happy if in a few months time you're exactly where you want to be :).

I'm sure UE would turn the lights out if you asked.

The bigger they are the harder they fall...Speed V bulk any day of the week.;):D

This is based on seeing my Royal Marine friend on leave ( super fit not very big)....Flatten 4 meat heads outside a nightclub in Liverpool at 4am after they ganged up on us walking to the taxi rank when I was in my early twenties.

To this day I have never seen anything like it. They were big guys who obviously worked out.

It was like a scene from a movie.

I can easily laugh at myself, self deprecation shows character;)

Thanks for the supportive words mate.

Not knocking him but...That body aint my cup of tea...Too much fat on him imo for a body builder....

He isn't a body builder...

Honestly, are you trying on purpose to come across as fail or what?

You've already been told that eating fat doesn't mean you put body fat on, but you're still claiming it.

You know how the old saying goes about how you can only help people who want to be helped.

It seems as if there's something very specific you want to hear, and you're not accepting anything else other than that.

Cut down the carbs then...:) Sorry not fat...:)

What I'm doing sees to be working. I'm eating all natural foods and running on the treadmill. I have consumed no alcholol since I started coming up to two weeks this monday. And I'm losing weight.

I have an Oat raspberry natural yoghurt smoothie for Breakfast...banana around 11am...Then at around 12.30 I have been having Makerel and red onion laced with course black pepper...For dinner when I get home I have been having Chicken salad with chilli, Green Thai Curry with 200g of cooked Bulgar Wheat...The odd nut here or there...

Not one additive has entered me while on this programme. :o

I'm focused.

Bit daft really, I go to the gym for my own reasons, not so I can beat up people. If I wanted to be good in self defence I would train for such a thing.

Also, the comment about UE being 'fat', you do realise to gain muscle size you need to eat in a calorie surplus, which, surprise surprise will no doubt give some visible fat increase.

No bodybuilder looks ripped 24/7 365 days a year.

It was mentioned the UE would turn off my lights first if I asked him....

Just saying...The muscles do not maketh the man.

The heart does.:)

Turn off the lights in the bed room, because it sounded like you were hitting on him...

I think you caught the wrong end of LiE's stick (ooooer) I don't think there was any threat of violence there, more a threat of a cheeky grope in a darkened room.

It doesn't work like this. This is a very flawed way of thinking about it.

Also, I don't trust your definition of meat head.

But, being big isn't the same as being strong. If you've ever been to a gym, some of the big guys there barely lift anything (relatively) and it's a bizarre sight to see.

So muscle size itself doesn't necessarily equate to muscle strength. A lot of these guys look big, but their weight doesn't really tally up with their size.

For example, you consider Jason Statham to be big, yet he weighs only 77KG, which is quite light when it comes to it.

Yeah, but the heart is a muscle.:p

Sounds like you're on the right track as far as the food goes, keep it going! Carry on with the treadmill and introduce some floor exercises (press ups etc) and then some weights when you feel like it, which eventually you will as just running becomes quite stale/boring after a while.

Its about attitude. Nothing else. Those guys were bigger than us and they knew it.They got their eye wiped.

He's not massive just slightly to big for may tastes.:p He hasn't got an ounce of fat on him though.

Don't be like that. I used to live with a guy in a shared house when I was at univeristy. And a couple of Girls....

He went the gym was 19 and looked like statham. He worked hard and was the nicest guy in the world...caring funny and in no way up is own arse or selfish..

Even though is regime was a sight to beyold at times. He never come across as tool or in anyway tried to play the hard card.
