If you buy Fifa for PC but already have a XBOX ultimate team, can you use that ultimate team on the PC or do you have to start again?

Highly tempted myself, but with a few pieces of DLC being essential IMO, I think I'll pass in the hope that there'll one day be an ultimate edition.
