Boston, again, University Shooting

Unfortunately this wont get much attention, as it is a police officer, especially an american one.

But the US just seems to be getting worse, I suppose the bombings must have instigated someone to feel that they could do something as well?

Also if it is connected in some way to the bombings, then that is police that is taken away from the search, while they investigate this death...which could just be a coincidence, but who knows.

Just reported, "Not thought to be linked with the Boston kabooms"

And there's me hoping this was the start of the world burning :(

Local media saying that 1 person has been arrested and grenades were thrown out of a car during police chase.

CNN saying the FBI were present.

@sethmnookin is tweeting on scene if anyone is on twitter. Reporters have been told to turn off their phones.

Because of two events in the space of a week? Why are you always so sensationalist? Every year on average 150 American police officers are sadly killed on duty, so the fact one is shot in Boston this week hardly means 'The US just seems to be getting worse' does it?

Wow Reddit was right about the missing Brown student per the police scanner. Suspect identified as Sunil Tripathi.

Incredible, if true.

Because it's on the news and people get sucked in to the morbid excitement that the news report stirs. I find it hilarious, and kind of cute.

Im hardly just talking about the two events, i am somewhat talking about the connection with high amounts of media attention that is attributed today, which only gives people a foundation to launch their attacks for a huge audience.

I tend not put context in my posts, of which i am sorry.

The news has nothing else to report, simple. Morbidly they would relish in the fact that it was all linked and that more events happened as if some kind of end of the world Sci Fi crap. It would give them endless reporting and millions of viewers.
