May I respectfully suggest your initial post to change the timing of the 8 hr day for education to maybe cover early years foundation then as that is where basic counting is done. You may want to change it to 2 blocks of 4 hrs per day so they can have an afternoon nap. :p

Or maybe you are so wrapped in your own head you can't even see logic in it instead of instantly attacking their ideas as ridiculous to defend your own mental position. Because introducing some logic would require some change in thought.

I didn't say I really agreed fully with what OP said, but I sort of see the logic in it in terms of people destroying this planet. How people would go about it well that's an entirely difficult situation.

Anyone who has a job or has gone to school knows that you can't maintain your concentration for 8 hours.
I can't even manage 3 hours before my concentration drops.
 
I think some of our later arrivals might not be so mental serious as the OP so perhaps we should discount take their opinions with a dash of salt.

I want to hear more about how we're going to kill those people that aren't the OP, his friends, or his family! Tell us more about how that whole thing works out :)

Logic? Like assuming the Freemasons are some power starved over-bearing elite society responsible for many of the world's problems?

WRONG...the Freemasons are quite a large organisation of very well established people in quite high up positions.

My mums boyfreind who works high up in the Police force was invited and and attended their meetings, of which judges, lawyers and poeple in positions of power reside.

You can think thats crazy....but its a fact....its nothing untoward, just people that attend meetings with similar views and beliefs.

And their beliefs are quite similar to the OP....which is why I mentioned their Guidestones that set out their 10 rules.

Nothing "crazy" about that, only stating a similarity in viewpoints.

I think an implant that explodes or releases toxins etc then every birthday you roll a random number 0 to say 80 (to please the other poster here) if the random number is over your age you get to live another year. That's the way I'd do it.

Until recently I was in the Freemasons. My father is very "high up" the ranks within the Freemasons. As was his father, my grandfather, and several of my uncles.

I left because it was boring and a bit patronising.

Sorry but I am entirely serious.

It has nothing to do with saving the animals and trees but purely to make a better society for us all.

Global population is exploding up to 9 Billion soon with food becoming ever pricier and water ever more important.

Forget North Korea Water Wars are the next big thing.

The crafty Scottish Nationalist realise this which is why they want independence so they can sell England much needed water in the future from their rain sodden lands.

Shall I start the Kickstarter? We could have a close up of people's heads exploding in slo-mo. Maybe a scene where we jump into the neurons in the brain with some 0's and 1's then some pseudocode for the actual random procedure. We could have some girl using a bow an arrow - she'd have to be skinny though sufficiently so that no-one would actually believe she could ever pull a bow back let alone hold it under tension.
