Yeah, i like the fact the FBI says we need this bill to protect us from China. When this bill makes us more like them internet wise! You couldn't make it up!

Indeed. Thread title is misleading. It has been passed by the house of representatives, but it still needs to get through the senate. There are probably a few other hurdles to jump as well, including persuading Obama not to veto it.
