my budget is £400 do you think this pc could run minecraft max?

Changed the motherboard for an A85X which supports 2133 incase your not comfortable with overclocking it yourself and since the APU's stock coolers are pretty good. Using HWMonitor, you can keep an eye on the temps and if they get hot, get a 3rd party cooler, CM 612S, Thermalright True Spirit or Alpenföhn Matterhorn Pure.

RAM is on offer till Wed, don't miss out on it, it's quality stuff.
 
A10 5800K would be better to run Minecraft on max settings, I personally would avoid ASRock motherboard and a A85X motherboard would be better than A75 and no aftermarket cooler to overclock the CPU? Also there's no need of an SSD for Minecraft

^ Agree with this, any reason for the RAM change? Is there a difference between yours and the teamxtreem? :)
