Had enough of the dust build up in my room.

how much did it cost? is it any good?

I was thinking of getting air purifier but all reviews seem mixed etc and I don't wanna drop over 100 pounds really.

I've got a tower air purifier which used to be on 24/7. It's no louder than a fan on the lowest setting and would stop my gf from having cat allergy symptoms completely

I have a really dusty room, can never seem to get rid of it all and soon comes back. Does these thing suck up all the dust particles in the air then? Don't really suffer from allergies but would love a less dusty room.

Yea they suck up everything, the different sizes are most effective depending on the space they're in. The one I have has a cleanable filter that needs to be done every few months.

As Kamwah said, it's like an air con. Leaves the room a little chilly since i have had it on 24/7 on max settings but it's seems to be doing a good job.
As for noise, i don't find it a problem at night. It might differ for other people but you can either turn it off/change settings to low. Heck you can even return it on amazon if you are not satisfied.

My model has a built in Ioniser which is supposedly makes it easier to catch smaller particles.

I know it's an old dears drink but I love it, especially when partnered with a bar of Green & Blacks dark chocolate.

Drank the whole bottle last night and still woke up as fresh as a daisy. For that it earns extra points.

First purchase outside of food and travel that I've made in as long as I can remember. I hate being a student.

This was thanks to finding a £10 note on the ground whilst out and about. :D
