They could maybe buy a world class winger but apart from that I think the best change they could make is the manager. City have shown their willingness to stick with a manager for a few years so I think a better manager would have them flying.

I'd be very surprised if they don't sign a striker, they wanted RVP last summer and missed out, they sold Balotelli in January and ultimately scoring enough goals has been their biggest problem this season.
