***Images of things purchased in April 2013***

After previously having it's larger brother which I intended to use for taking notes and simple word processing at Uni and returning it to get a Macbook I got this in the week as an every day device.

After loading it with a couple of Books, The Air Play it app to steam TV shows while in bed and flipboard to browse the news while having lunch at Uni I'm really liking it and IMO I actually prefer the size to the larger iPad :). Would be a clear winner if it had the retina screen!

I got one to replace my iPad 2 > iPad Mini ! Fantastic.
 
I had nothing all day cause i knew i would be ordering a lot, I couldn't move for 10 mins :p

Sigh. If only I was in such a shape to be able to afford eating such a feast. As soon as I move on campus and away from home I'm hitting the Gym hard. (He says...)

I know so many people that are against eating cold food in the morning. I have no idea why (Especially when nursing a hangover on a Sunday morning). After getting spicy crispy chicken from the Chinese I swear sometimes it in fact tastes better cold :p

Weirdos.... Pizza is especially good from the fridge. Nothing like a cold slice of pizza or three in the morning to help kick start the hangover cure. For me it seems making sure fats are all hard just helps it go down easier but then helps line my stomach once it's there.

A pint of milk also helps. Mmmmm....

I know it's an old dears drink but I love it, especially when partnered with a bar of Green & Blacks dark chocolate.

Drank the whole bottle last night and still woke up as fresh as a daisy. For that it earns extra points.

I had a bottle of that for my birthday, also some Madeira wine (Sainsbury's own). The port was nice, but the Madeira wine was better - like liquid fruit cake. Lovely stuff as a nightcap.

they're fantastic little players. with 32GB microSDHC cards for around 15 quid and the player costing 30-40 with 4-8GB internal storage, that's some serious capacity for the price.

for anyone that has one, i highly recommend installing the 3rd party firmware rockbox. it kicks all sorts of ass. :cool:

I also have one ans love it. They're fantastic value. I'm a sucker for losing these kinds of things so I won't be so upset when I lose this like I would if it were an iPod, for example.
 
New iPad Mini cover, which is much thinner than my previous one, and some running shoes. I'd highly recommend the iPad cover - search the rainforest for "Invision".

I was going to buy a Microsoft Surface as a laptop alternative, but found myself getting progressively irritated by the fact that Windows RT has a desktop but cannot run desktop apps, was massively overpriced and like an impotent version of Surface Pro. So I went with the iPad Mini, a smart cover and the Logitech bluetooth keyboard cover.

So basically, Surface RT but better. :p
