Hey guys,

Have anyone noticed it is not requesting the pin sentry stuff and is asking for a passcode?

Just thought I'd check on here before spending an hour on call to customer service.

I just logged on, it does still have the pin sentry stuff

are you sure your using legitimate link?

Just tried, got the pin sentry authentication as the second screen and I'm in.

As far as I'm away you can do both.

Either passcode for easy access but limited as to what you can do, or pin sentry for full functionality.

It does that if you put your details in wrong.

Details are the same and links are straight from google, on my works pc as well :-/

Try a different PC etc. Sounds to be like you could possibly have some malware on there.
