Why are people engaging easyrider in advanced dieting techniques when he hasn't mastered step one: not eating. It's clear that he doesn't listen to advice and is now becoming confrontational - all the advice he needs is already here when/if he chooses to take it.
Thread should be closed now - too much deviation.

Because it's enjoyable when people ask for advice and then criticise others.

I wasn't criticising others...
I was making a joke about eating donuts and nutella...
To be fair, unless easyrider knows about CBL he won't understand why nightmare eats like he does.
For future reference, there are quite a lot of people on this forum doing CBL (carb back loading) which involves eating this way.

well a lot of your weight lost will be due to you cutting down on carbs, so water weight.
it will go straight back on if you up your carbs.
carb cycling is a technique used by bodybuilders to help themselves lean out and fuel their bodies for a really good muscle building workout.
imo you would be better off sticking to what you are doing, and slowly changing your diet as your knowledge increases.
are you looking to incorporate a proper weights routine into your regime? and by this i do not mean 15kg dumbells.
imo stronglifts 5 x 5 is the best for someone like yourself, its simple, works extremely well, burns fat and sculpts the body into something which is nice to look at. but you will need a bench, a rack and a an olympic weight kit to do this properly at home as well as a lot of space.
I really REALLY hope you are talking to Easyrider here, and not Nightmare
