Asus GTX 680 TOP or GTX 680 FTW 4gb?

i'm torn between these two graphic cards. Can you help me choose the perfect graphic card for me? whats the difference.. i'm still new to building a gaming rig.

At this stage I'd wait for Nvidia's next gen cards that are supposed to be about to come out.

If you do buy now I wouldn't get either card though, they're pretty poor value.

Corsair C70 Green Case
i7 3770k
z77 Sabertooth mobo
h100i with 4 noctua fans push/pull (not even sure if it will gonna fit inside the case)
Corsair 850W
Plextor 256gb SSD
3tb Seagate HDD
16gb corsair Vengeance RAM

In that case out the two listed I would get the Asus, however I'd get a 670 over a 680

But if you down mind AMD, the 7950 should be given serious consideration
