Well, a year and two weeks after I bought it, my phone appears to have died. It was working fine until last night. I got home and it needed charging, probably down to 15%, so I plugged it in. A couple of hours later I heard the 'battery low' bleep, so checked on it - I couldn't get it to wake up, and the orange light, which is normally steady when charging, was flashing. Repeated attempts gave absolutely nothing. The handset was warm, as it normally is when charging. I checked the connections, and it was definitely plugged in correctly. A hard reset gave a 'battery too low to flash' warning amongst the other stuff. Where do I go from here? I bought direct from T-Mobile via their call centre. Will they repair it as it's over a year old? I really, really need my phone, and I'm going away for two weeks tomorrow. I don't have a spare microSIM handset, are there any options for a temporary replacement?

Did you install any custom Roms etc? if no give HTC a call and they should fix it for you.
HTC warranty is 2 years they fixed mine and mine is about same age as yours.

Cheers, I've not installed any ROMs, and T-Mobile have taken it back for repair. Back to my old Desire for now. :(

Sent my One back to HTC (all good, got a new One on Monday), but I also had to go back to a Desire in the meantime.......

WOW...... I hope that never happens again!!!!!!!

I FEEL YOUR PAIN!!!
