Jewelry on men, what is your opinion? likes/dislikes etc..

I wear just this one one, (as per the one on my arm I just took a photo of) - twisted plain silver.

Had it on since I was 15 which was 13 years ago now so can't get it off (grown into it).

I don't wear jewelry and have only just started wearing a watch again.

I think for a man to get away with wearing what I would define as jewelry, which is anything outside of a wedding ring, its got to be very carefully considered.

Women can get away with throwing any old tat on, blokes, not so much, regardless of its designed for men.

Personally I don't wear any, though if I do it is watch, wedding ring, cufflinks if a dress shirt and a tie pin if wearing a tie.

Nothing against men wearing jewellery just never found anything I would want to wear or would suit me.

I wear a sovereign ring on every finger and a 1/4 inch thick gold chain

Sick of those cash for gold vultures in the street!

I have a very subtle ear stud for fashion reasons I guess, and a very thin 18k herring bone necklace which is sentimental.. Not worn a watch for years.. I each to their own I guess..

Do you not have some piercings...I seem to recall seeing a pic of you with one?

Don't have a problem with it... wear a necklace, ring and watch.. had bracelets too but I lost my expensive silver one and couldn't be bothered to get another one

Personally I think almost all non functional jewelry on men looks completely ridiculous. Nothing to do with it being gay or whatever, just think it looks silly.

as a right hander I wear a watch on my left as it gets in the way or feels uncomfortable otherwise, if my line of work did not involve lots of computer work or drawing then I'd wear it either side.

When it comes to bracelets and necklaces, I used to but went off them.

As for others, its part of your personal identity, just like choice of clothing or hat... opinions of other regarding why you wear such things have nothing do with them, its pointless immature drivel to attempt to put someone down because of it.

I would argue that a watch, although functional to a degree, is nothing more than a fashion statement, so it's not black and white.

That is the most confusing thing I've ever heard!

"This thing that has a function, has no function"

I wear a watch left hand and some of the time a nice silver bracelet on the right which I got in turkey not ashamed :) don't mind what others wear
