Which GTA should I go for? The last one I played properly was 3 a long time ago. Never played GTA4 but seems there are lots of issues getting it running properly in Win 7.

Any issues with the older Vice City and SA on Win 7 and does the 360 pad work with them?

Both work with W7 as I play VC-MP and SA-MP, not sure with vice city, but SA works with the 360 controller, but you may have to fiddle around with the button settings within the game itself.

SA works fine on Win 7, haven't tried VC, 360 controller doesn't work natively but there are ways to make it, SAAC - San Andreas Advanced Control or xpadder.

I couldn't get it exactly how I want it so I gave up and went back to IV, I have no problems running that, only got SA because it was £2.49 or something!

For those who are sitting on the fence about buying the game Kerbal Space Program you might be influenced to buy it before the end of the month when you realise that you will get all future updates and expansions for free. This was announced on their blog page, and I suppose in the forums.
To qualify for the free updates and expansions the game does have to be bought before the end of April though.

You can read about the offer here, second post down....

I kept thinking about buying that game for ages and decided, after reading about the above offer, to grab it yesterday from their website for just over £15.
IIRC it is around £18 on Steam.

If you buy the game from their website it can be converted to a Steam copy, according to what I have read.
