Hello, I am hopefully going to purchase this computer in the next up coming months. I have chosen every component that I think is best for the price.

"Intel Extreme Masters Z77" Intel Core i5 3570K 3.40GHz @ 4.40GHz DDR3 OC Bundle
KFA2 GeForce GTX 670 EX OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Dell UltraSharp U2412M 24" Widescreen LED Monitor - Midnight Grey
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache - OEM (WD1002FAEX) HDD
Corsair Builder Series CX 600W V2 '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply (CP-9020048-UK)
Zalman Z11 Plus Midi Tower Gaming Case - Black
Zalman ZM-K400G Gaming Keyboard
Samsung SH-118AB/BEBE SATA 18x DVD-ROM (Black) - OEM

Is this a solid gaming build? I have chosen an IPS monitor due to it displaying a much better picture than TN monitors and apparently this one has good response times and low input lag.

(I already have a mouse and headset)

Thanks in advance!

Haswell is due around June 4th it's a new socket for mobos so new CPUs. You might want to wait.

Whilst I am a fan of the Zalman cases they are limited to 290mm long GPUs, I'd check the length of that 670 and there are cheaper alternatives to it aswell

Ah ok thanks, is a 660TI capable of running games such as Battlefield 3 and Planetside 2 on a 1920x1200 resolution? If so could you recommend a good model?

1.2k build and no ssd?! :p

i'd drop the bundle and buy the seperate parts, save a bit of money and invest that towards a SSD such as the 128GB Samsung Pro or 256GB Samsung Pro if you can afford

Not sure how much the build you've put together comes to atm as you didn't list prices

Do yourself a favour and spec yourself a mechanical keyboard - something like a low-end Qpad is a good choice or you can pick up a Steelseries 6gv2 online from a supermarket for £50.

Your fingers will thank you for it.

Secondly, budget an SSD into the build, madness not to really.
