*** The Official Samsung Galaxy S4 ACCESSORIES Thread ***

I was actually surprisingly impressed with the bundled earphones, though i've no idea what you had with your S2 as the ones with mine were utter utter crap, just plain old cheap nasty in-ear (but not silicon bud type) things.

I wouldn't describe these with the S4 as tinny at all, if anything I would have said the bass was overpowering the rest of the sound :/

I had the supplied S2 earphones, will stick to these though :cool:
 
Presumably they didn't vary them, so i'm amazed you find the S4 ones worse the S2 ones, these are pretty much the only bundled headphones i've ever considered actually using. If only they weren't white :/

Me too, but as I said earlier, wondering if they are duff cos I'm using them on songs that have bass, and very little bass from the earphones, wish they were black too ;)
 
Holy mother of god, they just started working and the bass......well...LOUD !!! very nice :-) it only took 7 songs for em to work lol. Very strange why they just started working, but helloooooo bass :-)


Edit: Haven't changed the buds at all, but thanks for the advice ;-)
 
I have just stuck the CPW £80 turbo cheap **** bundle in the drawer lol as no one would buy it off me in town. I'll buy my own accessories and put this down to experience. Bought myself a Case Mate Tough and it actually looks bloody good. Next step will be an official Samsung 32GB MicroSDHC Class 10 Memory Card.

Mate, just commented about the average stuff over on the S4 thread....similar feelings.

Yes they did on their website at the time I placed the order with them! In fact "genuine official Samsung accessories" were used in the advertisement. :)

Don't waste money on an official Samsung microSD, just get Sandisk or another reputable brand.

The CaseMate Barely There for the S4 is good enough for me. It's got plenty of grip wihout being rough. It's quite hard to prop up the phone vertically without it sliding down because there's not a lot of coverage on the underside, but it stands up perfectly well when it's horizontal. I still miss the S2 edition, though - that was flexible rubber and so grippy you could practically hang your phone on the wall with it.

Oh in that case then fair enough. I ordered through CPW and didn't notice that it said official anywhere so assumed it would all be cheap at best :D

I have ordered a powered car mount (iBolt Xprodock) which I'm waiting on which I will review once it arrives.
