A sad day - Riddlermarc

Marc's blog really was a humbling read and best wishes go to his family. He sounded a very genuine, caring man.

Never knew the chap, but after reading that blog I think I know him a little.
What a sad end to a brave guy - hope he lives on in the memories of his family.

RIP

RiddlerMarc was my uncle. I only found out through his brother Gary yesterday that he spent a lot of time on these forums. We still all miss him greatly, but we are glad he no longer has to suffer.

Thank you guys, the support you have shown him is amazing and I am glad to be part of these forums.

I play football in Mirfield. Was he local to you? I knew him first on here and then on TPR and had no idea he was from around here or had family around here. Really is a small world :)

Unfortunately no, I moved to Mirfield 2 years ago. Marc lived in Basingstoke with the rest of my family. I went to visit them all this weekend as my first long journey after passing my driving test. Popped round to speak to my uncle Gary who was looking to build a new cheap PC for his son Freddie that could play most recent titles on low so I showed him the A10 5800K and then popped on the forums to show him peoples view on it and then he realised that these were the same forums he visited many years ago when my uncle was in hospital.

Last night after getting back home I had a little search to see what was on here about him and I was happy with he support everyone had shown, so I thank you all.
