Did you read both of my posts?

If you're far higher level, then yes... I didn't dispute that. However, if you're maybe a league up on the people you're playing against, then you can't always carry your team. A diamond level player carrying in bronze/silver/gold doesn't mean that a gold player can carry in silver or a silver carry in bronze

You do realise that there are very often other people in the game on the opposing team, who are also far more skilled than the other 8 people in the game, who are trying to carry their team too, right? If there are 2 gold standard players on opposing teams playing in a match of bronze/silver players, both teams can't win
 
This comes up over and over and over again.

There is zero point moaning about your team. There is zero point saying you are "stuck" in an elo due to your team. It will get you no-where. You won't win any more games and it won't make your losses any less disappointing. I'd like to believe I lose because my team mates suck and I've moaned about this in the past but I just have to come to the realisation that I need to have more impact on the games.

The situations you're talking about are rare. To get out of Bronze you realistically need to win about 60% of your games. If you can't do that then you do not have the impact on the game that you think you do. Statistics are even on your side providing you're actually better then the rest of the people in your league.

Picture this, it's 40 minutes into the game, your team is preparing for baron, you see 1 of the enemy team bot and you notice that someone reconnect's, you now know that 2 members are no where near baron and it's a pretty much free for the taking.
 
Lets just get off the discusion of leagues etc.

Anyone on wednesday fancy having a community match, the community i'm in vs OCuK? :)

If say we get 10 people from each community, have 2 OCuK teams and 2 Division Gaming teams, each game could be a best of 3?

Then the winners of each could face off and the losers of each can face off.

Anyone interested, i'll present the idea to the guys at my end.
 
You make the mistake of thinking the mumble group is one team. We represent about 4 maybe more teams. So yes up for it as our team not as yours against the rest. Also depends when you play but 5v5 scrims are always fun.

Yep, I'm sure we could get 2 teams set up, depending on time of games though.

I never thought it was just one team :)

i was thinking we play from like 7pm onwards tomorrow night? maybe have the first game at around 7:30pm, if anyones interested please post, i'll go ahead and make a post on my forum just now to see how many i can get.
 
Counts me out :( But I'm sure others can play at that time. I'm generally on 9pm+, 8.30pm at a squeeze but not on Wednesdays :)

Okay well i'm waiting for replies from people at my end, once i'm done with team ranked games tonight benny ill play some with you if you're on.

EDIT: We're just picking the first 10 that puts there names down and randomising the teams, that way we wont have proper teams going against 5 people that don't play together, this way it'll be comepletely random and more fun :)

That's not as fun as doing proper teams imho. Can't make it anyway but I wouldn't be interested in playing a scheduled random game have enough unscheduled ad it is

Well I'll check and see how many I can get, should be able to get 5, unsure about 10 though.
