A Pension Question

Good evening.

Please forgive my ignorance on the issue but does anyone know how to forecast a future pension? I am leaving an employer and have been told that my pension will be frozen until I retire. There is not a great deal of money in there (£3500) but I would be interested to know what this may equate to in 35 years time.

Is there a way of calculating this or is it not possible (too many variables)? My employer has said they will write to me about it, however I'm a tad impatient.

Could you not calculate compounded growth and put the result in an annuity calculator?

Bit rough but better than nothing.
 
Thanks for the response. If it is frozen then I would've thought there would be no growth? If so then the Aviva pension calculates a pension of £17pm, which sounds about right I suppose?
