Mobo in sig.

Any ideas?

All ports worked perfectly well prior to a reformat and reinstall of W7.

The ports work with mouse, XBOX controller for PC etc, but when I put a USB in
and click START>COMPUTER, my HD'S are there, and optical drive, but not USB.

Thanks.

Hi guys, just reinstalled the drivers just to make sure. Still nothing, it makes the little noise when i take one out or put back in if that helps?

edit: Also I have tried different sticks.

Have a look in disk manager and see if it is in there, if it is reallocate another drive letter to it. Had this before when my USB stick was trying to be a drive letter already allocated to another device.

Check if your motherboards usb controllers are enabled in bios?

Once I was disabling my mobos sound as i got the xonar phoebus and later I realised I disabled my usb ports 2.0/3.0 and went and re enabled them
