Quick Naked Ivy mount test

Did a quick before and after test of the Naked Ivy mount for EK Supremecy block.

Both tests done with same bios settings. 3770k @ 4.7, 1.4v to generate some heat, Ulta llc.

EK Supremecy, de-lidded 3770k with Liquid Pro on IHS & chip:

Not quite the result I was expecting but I guess every little counts :rolleyes:
 
Not what I would have expected either, 1c maybe 2c on average, but looks a better differential across the four cores.
 
8 seconds per test isn't really very thorough, in the future you should select custom setting and assign 75% of total memory. ;)

This exactly, nice result but if your going to the effort at least test it thoroughly.

Yeah, with hindsight should have done a more thorough test .
I was impatient to fit the Naked Ivy and expected even a short IBT run to show a much bigger difference than it actually did.
