What are your experiences of Deja Vu, it seems to happen to me every few weeks at the moment

I remember well in the early 90's when i had my first, and it knocked me for six, now it's just little twitches every so often if that makes any sense :(

About once a month for many years.
It will be very simple things like I'm cycling to work and that pedestrian, that oncoming lorry and that car in front were in exactly the same place.

Deja Vue is a common experience.

The explanation for it is simple but somewhat unsettling!

Concious decision making is actually an illusion!

Ones "OS" makes observations and acts on them before ones concious self is even aware that one has done so! Ones sense of concious decision making is essentially a post rationalisation of events that have already taken place!

Conciousness is essentially reactive. Most of the time this works smoothly and invisibly Sometimes however it fails and the memories of your earlier unconscious experiences bleeds through into your conciousness with the effect that you experience current events as a past memory.

Like I said, it is somewhat unsettling!

Correct, i do find it unsettling sometimes, and even scary on the occasion, it just seems to be more common now for me, as i had about a 10 year gap with nothing, now its started to get more frequent .

I have times when I see 666 everywhere, up 4-5 times a day, pretty freaky.
666 as a post count for example or just some number on a website. If that counts as deva vu.

I quite a lot of the time think of something before it happens. It is always mundane stuff.

For example

Today I was thinking about a quote from The Big Bang Theory, and then later on the exact episode was on TV

Things like that happen often to me.

That happens all the time for me. Not with the big bang theory though, its awful. I wouldnt call it Deja Vu though, more like psychic powers.

Don't think I've ever had Deja Vu, nothing is ever the same in life.

Sometimes have similar things to this though

I used to write a dream diary when i was lucid dreaming, reading back the diary now, many things i dreamed have come true.

I had a dream where my brothers gf ran off with the kids, an unlikely event. A year later she ran off with the kids.

I had a dream i was at my nans funeral but i didn't recognize anyone. A year later my nan gets ill with Alzheimer's and dementia.

There's been loads! It's actually quite awesome making dream diaries then looking back at them all.
