The issue is most likely with your bank, because VbV (and Mastercard Secure Code) attempt to take you off to the card issuer's website in an iframe so that your bank can verifiy the transaction, so this kind of problem is normally down to your bank. I'd call them and ask if they're having problems, or if you have a card from a different bank, use that instead.
