Strange. Just tried it on mine and it seems to work. Only after locking the device will it go back down thou. Pretty sure it's always been this way so it seems less intrusive always changing up and down while looking at the screen.
Tbh I'm pretty sure having the sensor enable and calculating the brightness will use more battery than having it on a decent brightness in the fist place anyhow.
Edit: Yeah does the same on my iPhone also

Forgot to post this yesterday...

Been considering these for a while. Given Canon's summer cashback, I figured I'd get the flash, and was too tempted whilst there, so figured I'd get the filters anyway (ND grad set).

It's got to the point now where the guys at WeX recognise me. Absolutely grade A service though :S

Holly large pictures on the knifes, but very nice.


Finally a new av reciever, can use my big speakers again, replaces an av reciver from 2002 which I haven't been able to use for months due to no modern connectors.

Annoyingly day after I bought it, some one in MM posted the next model up for the same price, well £2 more but still.



Anyone any idea what the best mode for normal tv channels is? Pro logic 2 movie? Or what?
