So what is the latest consensus? I want simple whey protein. It used to be always buy from MyProtein but this new TheProteinWorks seems like a new player? Also, what is whey protein isolate? Worth the extra?

Unless you have problems with lactose or know why you need isolate then don't bother stick to concentrate
 
whats the m-stack stuff.. one big guy at work is on it, haven't had a chance to chat with him yet but it looks a bit too much tbh... has anyone tried it?

If he's big, then clearly the brand of protein he takes is more effective... ;)

Freefaller is big, so I will also shave my head to get massive. ;) :D :)

lol! afaik he's into expensive stuff yet i can't see any difference in quality between that and MP!

Mate told me the other night that TPW/MyProtein etc must be crap as its so much cheaper than maximuscle.

He eventually ordered some from TPW, can guarantee he says he doesn't like it and maximuscle is better. Oh well, he spends £30+ a week on maximuscle products.

They must make a fortune!

I thought Maximuscle was expensive too, till I spotted that PhD stuff :eek:
