In a nutshell it's entirely the fault of the victims for allowing themselves to be in those situations, and organisations like the NSPCC are just moral crusaders who act like judge & jury.
That's funny, I wasn't aware the NSPCC had anything to do with Stuart Hall being prosecuted in a court of law and being found guilty by a jury?

Im sure all fathers today would feel the same...but thats because we have been raised in a society with the age of consent as it is. Many americans think the UK is full of pedos because our age of consent is 16 rather than 18.

If the age of consent had of been 13 for the last hundred years or however long, you would take less issue with it.
