Poundland Girl Wins Forced Labour Ruling

if you like loaded question fallacies instead of actual discussion, it might.

We could rephrase the question as 'could he make his bill payments without first receiving income from the taxpayer'. that is a much more honest question.

What, you mean like MP's, Police, Fire service, NHS workers...........?

What, like this; Are you still relying on the rest of us to pay your bills?

Why is it a question in the first place, in context?

Pretty much actually, it is why anyone who says we shouldn't shrink the public sector because they pay tax should be laughed at.

Do note that this does not mean I think these things should go away, but we should be honest about them when doing the evaluation.

Well, proves to me you're a very arrogant, ignorant person who isn't man enough to admit when he's out of order.

No offence, but you have been giving that impression for most of the thread, the only difference is that my arrogance wants people to keep their property, whereas yours wants to take it from them.

Listen. In every so called "Country" there will be a so called "Job Seeking" allowance. It is part of human rights.

People who work in the so called Job Centres are failed/rejected so called "Business & Administration" employees.

Without the Welfare users they/themselves would NOT have a job.

Therefore. People who say "laziness" strikes people who are on the "Job Seekers" are inferior to the Job Seeker/Welfare user.

Simple answer.

It is a question because of the bias it can introduce. I am open about my biases, I want to keep more of my property so I can better support my family and friends, rather than see the money wasted by government. I also want to see major changes in the current benefits system to remove the massive trapping factor and stigma associated with means tested benefits.

If I am open and honest about my situation and motivation, why should I expect less from others?

What, for asking people to be paid for working and not forced into slave labour? Benefit is an entitlement like your child benefit, no ones taking any ones property.

There are other options, such as guaranteed minimum income and fair tax systems... a system that treats everyone the same is much less likely to bring about a them and us mentality, as well as removing any need for workfare, hence why I support it.

We went through this at the start, I don't support workfare beyond it being a necessary componant of a fundamentally flawed and failing wider system. fix the system and the need for workfare goes away, as does the benefit stigma that currently exists.

People need to understand JSA isn't how it used to be. It is strict and needs to have some kind of freedom for it.

I don't like how people think if someone is on JSA it makes them suddenly a "dosser" or "lazy".

Nowadays in today's society you're judge for what you do and wear and now your salary and economic/working status.

People have to learn that judging isn't how you go about things. Before you judge anyone you must get to know the real person who they are.

JSA doesn't allow people to be lazy, you have to look for work no matter what or you're sanctioned if you refuse to/don't look.

The UK's news system have created some kind of tale/cover-over to make them support the title of this thread.

If you search Job Seekers into YouTube and take a look at some of the videos from people who have lost jobs (sadly) you will learn their view and how it is stupidly put out and you're punished for losing your job.

instead of wasting all your time posting / trolling this thread, why not earn an income, and claim less benefits?
;)

If you could pull your head out of Cameron's bodily waste disposal unit for a few seconds and read the thread you'll realise my posts are relevant and you wouldn't talk so much ****, I earn every penny I get. ;)

for a while I thought you were a script bot, defending the eternally self-entitled

I'm curious as to what effect you think a petition will have.

We're talking about someone who lies publically in pursuit of a political agenda and has the support of the government of which he is a part because that agenda is the government's agenda. They're hardly likely to care that people have clicked on a button on a screen. Tens of thousands of people disapprove of their actions...people who have no power over them and who they don't care about.
